Pelvic health concerns can feel confusing or isolating, especially when you're not sure what's causing your symptoms.

I take the time to really listen, understand what you're experiencing, and work with you to create a clear plan that makes sense for your life.

Conditions treated include

  • Urinary and faecal incontinence
  • Prolapse
  • Overactive bladder and urgency
  • Sexual dysfunction and pelvic pain
  • Pre and post gynaecological surgery recovery
  • Vaginismus, vulvodynia and endometriosis

What to expect at your appointment

Your first visit is all about you. We'll spend 60 minutes together so there's plenty of time to really listen to your story, chat through your symptoms and medical history, and talk about what you're hoping to achieve.

If you feel comfortable, we’ll do a physical assessment. If required and with your full consent, this may include an external and internal pelvic floor assessment - you can stop at any time. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body and a personalised plan we’ve built together.

No GP referral is needed, and you’re welcome to bring someone with you.

Common questions

Is pelvic floor physiotherapy painful?

Any internal examination is always carried out with your explicit consent and can be stopped at any time. Most women report feeling comfortable throughout, describing the assessment as thorough but gentle.
