Perimenopause and menopause can bring unexpected changes to your pelvic health, and it's not always easy to know what's normal or what can be helped.

I'm here to listen, assess what's going on, and create a plan that helps you feel like yourself again.

How I can help

  • Bladder and bowel changes, including leaks and urgency
  • Prolapse symptoms such as heaviness or dragging
  • Pelvic floor strength and relaxation
  • Sexual discomfort
  • Exercise guidance during perimenopause and post-menopause

What to expect at your appointment

Your first visit is all about you. We'll spend 60 minutes together so there's plenty of time to really listen to your story, chat through your symptoms and medical history, and talk about what you're hoping to achieve.

If you feel comfortable, we’ll do a physical assessment. If required and with your full consent, this may include an external and internal pelvic floor assessment - you can stop at any time. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body and a personalised plan we’ve built together.

No GP referral is needed, and you’re welcome to bring someone with you.

Common questions

Is it too late to get help with pelvic floor symptoms?

It's never too early or too late to seek support. Pelvic health matters at every age, and many symptoms can be improved with the right assessment and plan.
